KataFlow is a small technical consultancy registered in the United Kingdom. We work with owner-run businesses and small teams that have outgrown spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools, but are nowhere near needing an in-house engineering department.

Most of our work falls into three areas. We build web applications and customer-facing tools. We connect systems that were never designed to talk to each other, so that data stops being re-typed by hand. And we automate the recurring internal work that quietly consumes a day a week — reporting, invoicing handoffs, order routing, client onboarding.

How we work

Projects are scoped and priced up front, in writing, before anything is built. We prefer short engagements with something usable at the end of each one over long open-ended retainers. If a problem is better solved by configuring a tool you already pay for, we will tell you that rather than build something.

Who we work with

Our clients are typically between three and fifty people, in professional services, trades, e-commerce and light manufacturing, across the UK and continental Europe. We work in English, French and German.
